1. Acceptance

By using KalunBot you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

KalunBot is automation software for the EA FC web app/companion app. It allows the automation of market operations within the game according to parameters configured by the user.

3. Risks and liability

The use of automation software may violate the Terms of Service of Electronic Arts (EA). The user assumes full responsibility for the use of KalunBot, including any penalties applied by EA. KalunBot is not responsible for bans, loss of account, coins, or players.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, retaining access until the end of the billed period.

5. Free trial and cancellation

We offer a 24-hour free trial with no card required so you can evaluate the bot service before paying. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no lock-in, keeping access until the end of the already-billed period. For any questions, contact soporte@kalunbot.com.

5.bis VIP trading channel (Discord)

The "KalunBot VIP — Trading Channel" service is a monthly subscription independent of the bot (€6.99/month) that gives access to a private Discord channel where a professional publishes trading recommendations about EA FC.

  • Nature of the content: the posts are opinions and informational analysis. They are not financial advice nor a guarantee of profit. Any losses or gains resulting from following the recommendations are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Instant access: as this is a digital product with immediate access, by activating the VIP you expressly waive the right of withdrawal provided for in RD-Leg 1/2007 (art. 103.m). No refunds are granted for periods already started.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel the renewal at any time from the dashboard or the Stripe portal. You will keep access until the end of the billed period and NO additional charges will be made.
  • Discord linking: the system processes your Discord ID solely to assign you the VIP role on the server. You can unlink your account at any time; this revokes the role but not the subscription (you keep paying until you cancel it).
  • Removal for misuse: sharing the channel's content outside of it, offending other members, or breaking the server rules results in immediate removal without a refund.

6. License of use

Your subscription grants you a personal and non-transferable license. You may not resell, distribute, decompile, or modify the software. Sharing your license key results in immediate revocation without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

KalunBot and all its components are the property of their owner. EA FC, FIFA, and other related trademarks are the property of Electronic Arts Inc. KalunBot is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, or endorsed by Electronic Arts.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified by email to registered users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
